G.P. Manish

G.P. Manish is a Visiting Scholar at the Free Market Institute at Texas Tech University. He previously served as the BB&T Professor of Economic Freedom and as a member of the Manuel H. Johnson Center for Political Economy at Troy University.

He earned his Ph.D. in economics from Suffolk University. His research interests include development economics, economic history, monetary and business-cycle theory, and the history of economic thought.
